His expertise lies in architecting and managing systems at scale while consistently delivering high-impact products. With a proven track record in driving innovation and fostering resilience.

Sarah Parmacek
Vice President of Finance and Operations

Sarah brings over a decade of experience in healthcare, finance, and operations, with prior stints co-founding Soundry Health, investing and supporting growth-stage healthcare companies at FFL Partners, and offering strategic support to major clients at Bain & Company. At SamaCare, she drives strategic, operational, and financial endeavors to scale the company’s impact.

24 years of experience in executive sales commercialization and leadership for an array of med-tech companies.

Raj Sabharwal
Head of Business Development - Life Sciences

Raj Sabharwal brings over 20 years of experience in real-world data and health policy, with commercial leadership roles at Verana Health and AcademyHealth, and earlier consulting experience at Avalere Health and the Association of American Medical Colleges. At SamaCare, he leads the company’s commercial organization, driving partnerships with life sciences companies and strategic partners.
